Please include the item name and reason for return or exchange in your email. You are responsible for properly packaging the return and we recommend insuring it as well. Sophie & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once the package is received, we will either send out your exchange merchandise or credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges).
