are unhappy with your purchase, please email
us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to
return or exchange it for you, provided that the item is in
saleable condition.
Please
include the item name and reason for return or exchange in
your email. You are responsible for properly packaging the
return and we recommend insuring it as well. Sophie &
Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
Once
the package is received, we will either send out your exchange
merchandise or credit your original method of payment (less
shipping charges).
